fake office in west des moines I went to this office 5 times to pay a bill and they are never open. After going to the building manager I discovered they are never there, it is an empty sales office and their office is in Sx Falls SD. Good luck. They call my cell phone 5 times a day, I finally got Verizon to block their number and mailed the original Doctor my payment after they closed the account based on my cell pictures of an empty office.
