Had to take my glasses in about a week ago, because the lens popped out. 5 minutes, done, good as new. As the lenses were scratchy, I priced out new replacement lenses which was pricier than I hoped. I had mentioned how quickly they had scratched, given how new they were. Getting free replacement lenses. Had to go back today because a lens popped out of my spare set of glasses. I've tried to give this place several chances and I've been disappointed each and every time. I got two pair, one for reading one for everyday life. First they got the frames switched, but I let it slide. I couldn't focus at all through the readers, so they sent them back. In order to see properly now, I have to hold glasses about 1cm away from my face. I needed the arm on my everyday glasses adjusted. She kept going to the back and adjusting the left arm the opposite way I was asking her to. The arm broke off even though I ... read more
I want to thank all the staff at Hauck Vision for their exceptional service. I brought my elderly mom in for her eye exam, she has Parkinsons disease, dementia and terrible anxiety. They were so accommodating to our situation. From the receptionist getting us the appointment last minute, to intake staff member and the doctor, who were exceptionally patient and understanding with her. We were able to get through the exam and get her a new pair of glasses. Thank you!
Mal was very helpful. We went elsewhere to check out other prices. For a little bit more and Mals help we made the easy decision of coming back to purchase three family members glasses.
