Absolutely the best of the best. Which is saying a lot based on the variety of mechanics available in Ballard / Salmon Bay. Solved a very complex problem on my Cummins engines. Alex the technician is a total expert - first time he saw them, started pointing at various things, saying "no, these engines don't typically have that problem, what they usually have is xyz".
