I have been a patient of Dr. Hat ton for the last 29 years. She is a wonderful, caring doctor that will really get to know you and your conditions. There is a wait sometimes bit it is because she is so thorough.
Dr. Hatton is an amazing doctor. I first saw her years ago as a resident at a local hospital. And I have been with her ever since. She talks to you, listens and doesn't hurry you along. Very caring and sweet.Highly recommended.
Well, I didn't even make it to see the doctor. I recently moved to Buffalo so I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hatton. After waiting 1 hour, I asked how much longer I would have to wait and I was told "it's going to be a while, there are still two people ahead of you." Meanwhile, they told me to fast because they take bloodwork, which is fine, but now it's almost 12pm, I'm starving, and they have no intention of seeing me anytime soon. after being asked if I would like to reschedule, I left.
I want to say that she was once a very caring woman who saw me through so many crisis, but now refuses to see me, and actually refused to help me when I needed her the most this past May, when I was hospitalized . She now refuses to order refills for medicines I have been taking for years and need to keep healthy. Through the office of a new family practice doctor, I was helped to get these medicines and actually cared about my well-being before being seen. I would not recommend Dr. Hatton to anyone, of any age at this time.... read more

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
