I have made many request for improvements and they have not changed a thing. Today we found items missing from his room, old food left in his room, bathroom floor full of old urine and no one can tell me when he’s had a bath. Other days I found him sitting in old soiled diapers/briefs, his nails too long with dried stool under them and on his hands. He is unshaven, Unkept and dirty. This place is more interested in a paycheck and not taking care of their people.

Recommendedmy mom is there staff is nice and she iswell taken care of
Everyone was so nice and helpful. I always found my Daddy clean. He was there 5 days for respite and I hope they will have a bed when he's due for another one. Thanks to all the staff
