Do not stand behind their products if there's a problem with a side by side you can forget about it if it's considered manufacturing defect. They will not replace it.
Business response:
Our obligation as a dealer is to repair your machine under the manufacturer's warranty only if the warranty is still active. The warranty is implied to repair or replace the part and labor to you the customer at no cost, not replace the side by side. Especially after you have had it for 6 months and put 200 miles on it. We are holding our end of the deal up.
I p.t wrote a 1 star review for this dealer, but I'm changing it to 5 star after we talk and it was all a miss communication, dealer is a+ in my opinion, made every right and went the extra steps to make a customer happy
This place is a rip off and joke. They talk to customers any type of way and expect you to do business with them. I went to buy 2 rykers from them cash money that was on their sales floor and was charged freight and dealer fee/rigging along with others fees. When I called them out on it they got upset and started to lie however I got documents and witness what was stated. I will never do business with them ever again.
THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! THEY LIE LIE LIE!!! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM.
They are very fraudulent in pricing and financing me and a friend bought ours 2 was apart same bike paid over 3 grand down still financing more than bike originally cost but yes I'm Lawyered up so public please be aware don't be fooled by the music and bell
***** in the service department treated us with such disrespect and was very unhelpful. She told us she would no longer speak to us and continue to tell us how we had an attitude after we refuse to speak. The service department needs a lot of work nobody should be treated that bad
