This lady, Deborah Durst, would not return my deposit, even though it was called a utility/damage deposit and we terminated our negotiations because her contract is written so badley. She never calls your payment rent in the contract. She writes that it’s a down payment indicating there is more to be taken and believe me she will take from you.
