No, I would not recommend this company, it was a very unpleasant experience with them visiting my family member
My brother has been With Hattie Larlham for several years . His needs are meet both personally and professionally. Never have had an issues with the staff of Hattie. All the staff is professional, polite and courteous. My brothers staff and management keeps us informed about my brother's needs and any changes involving my brother. Highly recommend Hattie Larlham.
They were terrible and careless with the healthcare of my family member living there. I would not recommend their services.
My experience: They was terrible! I recently changed providers like yesterday. Very Poor health care, below sub-par care, Very Poor communication/transparency, lying(sent an email saying I was taking my family member out of town after a snow storm) and lazy (had a medical device for a month and a half never connected it)... Last night I slept so good knowing they were not responsible for taking care of my family member health care and well being. I wish I could give them a -0 star! I had a horrible experience with this company taking care of my brother in-law, the list could go on and on. Not getting his medicine to him on time or at all, not checking his blood sugar which is very important with his condition, the staff telling lies to the manger of the establishment during our visits saying things that was not relative to the care of my brother in-law or not true whatsoever, to try and create division, between their higher ups and my wife who is my brother in-laws guardian.
