From the initial enquiry throughout the sales process, the service was excellent. Bobby is an excellent communicator and was totally transparent in our discussions, polite, professional and no "hard sell" Geniunely nice guy. Despite the fact they were extremely busy all the staff were welcoming and made you feel comfortable and clearly enjoy their working environment, no hesitation in recommending their service and I am enjoying driving my Toyota Rav 4. Saw a car i liked went to view it. Straight away Bobby was amazing very attentive and patient, went through all my options and left with a new merc. He really did go above and beyond to give us the best deal he could. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car. I can't thank Bobby enough I'm over the moon with everything from start to finish. The whole experience was easy stress free and quick. Thank you again for everything you'll be seeing me again in the future very hard to find quality service like this.
I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. I collected a vehicle on July 17th and IMMEDIATELY experienced serious faults: TPMS sensor fault, HV battery shut-off making it intermittently undriveable, constant “boot open” warning, and Android Auto connection issues. So I spotted this lovely Honda Civic Type R which was over 100 miles away from me, but I had a good feeling about it. I rang Hatters and they were very communicative, helpful and held the car longer than they usually would. I went over with a friend and test drove the car and decided to purchase it. I had some finance transfer issues but they accommodated a safe delivery and half a tank of fuel which wasn’t expected!
