Bought a car from Ahmed working here. There was no pressure, a couple of bits needed doing to the car which were done as requested, missing car mats were ordered and delivered exactly as promised, a slight issue arose with the car within the first week and hatters took it straight in for diagnostics with no quibble at all. Totally stress free experience.
A very positive experience during the buying process. They were informative but not intrusive or pushy with us. The information we were provided was honest as it matched the independent checks we did. I would say the unlike other competitors they have who we visited, there was no pressure to buy, no tactics to persuade. Incredible service. Bought a lovely Mercedes convertible on Friday afternoon, it was delivered to my drive on Saturday morning. Special thanks to Hamza and all the staff at hatters, they really go above and beyond. Also got a warranty at a great price, absolutely perfect service cannot fault.
