Do not recommend! House not cleaned upon arrival. Not worth your money! House needs maintance! Thanks to the check-in text I was able to provide a review with pictures of the uncleaned house! Advertised was over Vacasa specifically trained and professional cleaning! Ms. Sharon contacted me immidately, stating her sorry's and will send out a crew as soon as Sunday, the next day. We have stayed at a cottage in the OBX every year for over 17 years, mostly on the northern beaches. We have rented from several different companies over the years, some better than others. This year has not been a stellar one so far. When we arrived after being provided a message with the access code stating the cottage was ready, we found it had not been cleaned. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We rented a beach house from them for a week in June, and when COVID impacted the travel and capability for our guests traveling from 8 different states, they refused to allow us to move our reservation to 2021, despite the government restrictions on travel. They told us to reschedule for 2020, except the only availability was in September....hurricane season. They then told me I could cancel and they’d refund my money if it was re rented.
