Unfortunately, I am unable to give Hatteras Pools a zero star since that what’s truly deserved. We went under contract with Hatteras Pools 9/28/2021 and Hatteras Pools was paid a $25,000 deposit. There has been nothing but issues every since. Since then, they have been paid about another additional $32,000 paid to Hatteras Pools and have more pending payments but only continually to provide poor workmanship and damages to my property and only promise to correct the issues but doesn’t just to keep getting money for work not... read more
Horrible company, their pools fail within a couple months. Ours chipped and cracked within 4 months and we hadn't even been in it. It is less than a year old and looks like it is 10 years old and had been beat up. The repairs that they did look horrible and will most likely reduce the value of our home at resale. Look elsewhere for your pool.
