Sound Construction replaced the windows and siding, and painted our vacation rental in the fall of 2025. The experience working with them was nothing short of excellent. Communication was clear and timely, with frequent photo updates of progress. The materials used were high-quality, the workmanship was impressive, and the final result is a stunning transformation for a 30+ year old home. Work was completed timely, and the price was competitive and fair.

Warren O’Neal handled the renovation of our coastal cottage, and we could not be happier! Between texts, phone calls, and photos, Warren kept us informed every step of the process, even though we were six hours away. Quality was his focus with the expectation that what he was doing would last for years. We started working with Kyle and the Hatteras Island Sound Construction team back in 2008 when we purchased our lot in Hatteras. At that point, we had no plans and very vague ideas of what we wanted to build.
