I wish I could rate this company a zero, but i’ll give it one star since I have to...this company is very unprofessional, they expect you to do more than would should be required as a renter. The point of renting is to be hassle free and low maintenance, they never are. They just expect you to never have a complaint or concern, if you do all you get is attitude and resistance, which is the worst thing for a renter. If I was a maintenance tech or something like that then maybe I would know how to do some of these things but I... read more
My husband and I searched for homes through other rental companies and one company was...well, let's just say it lived up to its poor reputation. Another rental company flat out denied us a home because of my husband's rank! I finally found Hattaway Properties and they were amazing. All the girls in the office were super friendly but stayed professional. And they offered a home with the exact floor plan that i fell in love with before and for $100 less!
