Came out, said he could fix it in the next couple of days. Great. Expectation set. NEVER showed up again and declined phone calls. Meanwhile, NO WATER because of the leak! FOR 4 DAYS! No showers, no toilets, nothing. AT LEAST he could call back and update expectations.
