I am a very patient person and understand mistakes happen. However, the associate who set up my new account literally messed up everything. Every single line has multiple issues, included the two extra lines that were thrown on that we didn't ask for. I have spent multiple days in the store, hours and hours on the phone and we are now in our almost third month still trying to get these issues fixed that should have never been a problem. Rude on the phone, did not want to answer my questions, was quite obviously preoccupied with something else instead of listening to my question. Had to ask the same question several times because I could not get a straight answer from whomever was on the other side. Guess I'm going somewhere else to purchase my new phone and accessories. ♀️
