Wow ! I have been meaning to visit for about a year now, wished I had done so immediately. The whole visit was just perfect. Dyanne was friendly, very informative and an absolute star on sorting out my feet. To say I left with a spring in my step is an understatement. I do a lot of walking with my dogs so being free from foot pain is absolutely wonderful. I was blown away by the total service that I received at Hatts. Dan was my primary physio and he explained everything to me and led me through my recovery. This was backed up by Zoe's excellent physical rehab classes. She's a real taskmaster but made it fun too. And to top it all off, my shoulder is better than new!!! Job done, thanks.
The team have been instrumental in helping hugely improve my movement, range and strength after a very damaging accident (9 broken bones in back, neck, head). They have understood the need, offered very different yet compatible treatments and exercises, so that now I'm almost back to where I was. This is a superb achievement, done always with consideration, a smile and enthusiasm. I am truly grateful I have the flexibility I have, as a direct result of their work.
Hatt"s have delivered a fantastic service in resolving a few niggling injuries. A combination of physio and on-going manual therapy has been the perfect combination. The staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable and very professional. Great treatment and super service.....thank you from an aging cyclist!
