Everything about this place is absolutely amazing!! I 100% will ALWAYS come back here for excellent sushi!! 10/10, 5 stars, would hands down recommend if you want super fresh, amazing sushi. I would say come here, its delicious and the fish just absolutely melts in your mouth!!
I can’t believe I’ve lived in Fort Worth and am only just now discovering this gem, especially since they’ve been open for eight years! It was our first time here, and while the concept was a bit confusing at first, our incredible sushi chef completely saved the day. We had an amazing meal at Hatsuyuki Handroll! The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from beyond just hand rolls. They were also very accommodating of dietary needs, which we greatly appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not take reservations, so arriving early is a must. Hands down the best sashimi I’ve ever had. The fish was incredibly fresh — you can really taste the difference. We were genuinely excited with every bite. Heads up: they don’t take reservations, so we showed up at 12:30 and waited about 45 minutes for a seat. Totally worth it though. The staff was super friendly and the chefs were great too. Will definitely be back!
