Ordered hats as a birthday gift and the hats were not the correct size. No one at the company replies to emails even when you follow protocols with the correct order numbers to begin to returning process. Then when you call the customer service representatives are rude and unhelpful. I had to pay to ship the items back and then also had to pay a 20% restocking fee. They put time restrictions on everything for the customers but it took over a month to get my refund. Terrible experience from start to finish.
