I had ordered a t-shirt for the 2016 Oyster Run on the Friday before the event, online. I received an e-mail the following Monday, after the event, stating that they had run out of all the t-shirts over the weekend, that they sold directly at the event, and were offering me a refund. I find this very poor customer service, being that I ordered and paid for my shirt prior to the event. Had I known that this was their business practice, my husband could have just bought one at the event. Very disappointing service.
