Went to Hats Off for 1st time last month. Two barbers, the owner and Sheila. I had Sheila. Excellent haircut, pleasant conversation, and she suggested some thing which seemed above and beyond to me (no charges). Kid-friendly, although I thought the scattered toys in the middle of the lobby a bit dangerous (one old customer stumbled). All in all, I will definitely go again!
While here, I noticed they did not sanitize their combs properly, and the haircut they gave my son is completely uneven all over! I was very disappointed.
