I had an excellent experience with Mohammed and Hatimi Auto. I drove in from northeast Texas to find a car in Austin for my youngest daughter. I had several vehicles lined up from CarGurus, but after being delayed three hours due to a wreck on Highway 79, the first two stops at typical dealerships were disappointing—lots of back-and-forth between the salesperson and their manager with no real progress. Mohamed at Hatimi Auto was easy to deal with. Found a vehicle online and was worried about buying it sight unseen and out of state. Reassured me on the condition of the vehicle and sent pictures and videos. Helped me find transportation from Texas to the north east. Arrive without any issues. wouldnt even allow me to test drive or start the vehicle to see how it ran before pushing me to buy it first. i mention dry-rotted tires and multiple scratches, as well as paint defects that any other dealer/seller would mark off at least +$1000 (for just tires alone). when i said this, he said the car was worth more than he was listing for (when its already the highest in the market), and didnt wanna further the conversation. Guess i’m makin’ a trip to dallas for a car i actually want
