I can't see how an attorney like this one is able to be part of group to easdrop on texting n my ex- wife add her attorney to my conversations this is called in trapment waiting for me to say something and she can twist everything around . I had Michelle L. Hatherley-Parr as my 7th grade teacher. She miss placed her ring in her pocket and accused me of taking it from her. She had me kept in the office and interrogated telling me I'm going to jail and have serious consequences. They took my ring from me and gave it to her. When she realized it was not hers, she said I must ha e altered it some way. Mind you, I was in 7th grade. You would not see a podiatrist for a dental issue just as you would not see a tax attorney for a real estate issue. This is a lesson I learned. After dismissing my first attorney who was not a specialist in Family Law I did some research and found Hatherley Law. During the consultation interview I explained my issues with Michael. In 50 minutes he had my case with legal statutes supporting my side and a plan laid out. Michael is a specialist, quick with numbers, an excellent negotiator and very smart.
