The guys showed up when they said, stopped our water heater from leaking, then came back after we ordered a new one to install it. Great service, fair price especially since they came to us, and he warrantys his work. Definitely will use again if I need repairs while out camping at the lake.

Had them out to find out why my electric wouldn’t work. The guy that came out knew absolutely nothing about electricity. He had to call his boss to ask every move to make. He did everything that I had already done. Did not do anything to resolve the problem but charged me $170. I would never use this companies service again. The technician they sent wreaked of alcohol and really bad body odor!!

We recently had the pleasure of using Billy and Hathcoat Hill RV Service to repair a malfunctioning slide on our RV. From the initial call to the completed repair, we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. These guys are lifesavers! Vacation savers, anyway! We broke a leaf spring driving through Wills Point 16 miles from our destination (from Houston area). Gave them a call at 5pm Billy and his crew were there in 10 minutes. Got the rig roll worthy, followed us to the campground going 20 mph making sure we got there safely. Then next morning replaced the leaf spring and was out by 10 am. Worth every penny! 5++++ stars!
