People love Hathaway and all it has to offer. Beautiful pool, convenient to great restaurants (like across the street) and a stones throw to the James River! RVA's best kept secret! These are photos of a unit currently for sale.
We have lived at Hathaway for 6 years. We love living here and we love the condo! We have a 3 bedroom. You cannot beat the square footage. One of my favorite amenities is the pool, large pool! It is elevated off the ground making it very private. When you ride by you cannot even see that there is a pool! There are many amenities. You do not have to worry about yard work anymore. We love it here!
We have lived here for one year, and love it! This building was built in 1972 and brings a mid century appeal that we were looking for. So many wonderful people here from artists, educators, musicians, and an abundance of other professional residents. Love our balcony!
