I have been in three different friend's apartments in this building and they're ALL lovely. Every apartment has a huge balcony and view. They have a lot of activities there. My church's women's Bible study is held there in the clubroom, which is a great space for all kinds of gatherings.
HATHAWAY TOWER has a warm and welcoming environment. I assist with providing security for residents and visitors. I highly recommend taking a tour if you are in the market for a nice place to live.
People love Hathaway and all it has to offer. Beautiful pool, convenient to great restaurants (like across the street) and a stones throw to the James River! RVA's best kept secret! These are photos of a unit currently for sale.
We have lived at Hathaway for 6 years. We love living here and we love the condo! We have a 3 bedroom. You cannot beat the square footage. One of my favorite amenities is the pool, large pool! It is elevated off the ground making it very private. When you ride by you cannot even see that there is a pool! There are many amenities. You do not have to worry about yard work anymore. We love it here!
