I hired Hathaway Estate Sales to handle my Grandmother's estate. Since I am in Chicago and the sale was in Florida, I was quite anxious about trusting someone with this venture. I can not say enough about how they went above and beyond to make the sale a success and take care of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend!
Bought an electric item from a home sale. Told 2 of us it was guaranteed to work. Called 2 weeks later when found it did not work at all and was told we had to return by the end of the sale to get our money back. This was NEVER relayed to either buyer. Will never patronize this company again and will assure I pass the word.
