I started Lee's Monday night classes 2 years ago just after having a baby to start some exercise. I so look forward to my Monday nights, it really sets a positive tone for the week. I sleep better and feel stronger than I ever have.
Lee is a fantastic yoga teacher with so much knowledge! She really made me feel comfortable and sooo relaxed!
