beautifully guided sessions & absolutely enjoyed my experience.
Absolutely awesome yoga studio! The instructor is a real champion and the classes are top-notch. It's a proper relaxing vibe and I always feel a million bucks after a session. Highly recommend it to anyone keen on a good stretch.
The Thursday chair yoga class @prospect with Deepti is a wonderful experience as she treats each person as an individual She allows you to work to your own ability with encouragement and caring I was having cortisone injections in my shoulders every 6 to 9 months but since attending this class I have not needed any at all. Deepti is calm gentle and generous of spirit and makes the class both beneficial and fun
I love the class with Deepti on Thursday at prospect. Deepti explains everything and checks to make sure you doing it correct. She is sweet gentle very caring. I always enjoy every week and feel great after the class. Thank you so much xx
