The Thursday chair yoga class @prospect with Deepti is a wonderful experience as she treats each person as an individual She allows you to work to your own ability with encouragement and caring I was having cortisone injections in my shoulders every 6 to 9 months but since attending this class I have not needed any at all. Deepti is calm gentle and generous of spirit and makes the class both beneficial and fun
I love the class with Deepti on Thursday at prospect. Deepti explains everything and checks to make sure you doing it correct. She is sweet gentle very caring. I always enjoy every week and feel great after the class. Thank you so much xx

Whether you are a beginner or a regular, Deepti gently guides you through each movement allowing you to stretch and breathe at your own pace. She is an expert at adapting to your individual needs and covers all age groups. A wonderful way to start or end your day. I highly recommend Hatha Yoga Studio. I love my Satirday mornings 😁 Moira x
