Absolute top class customer service from everyone at Hatfields. Made them aware I was purchasing my first ever bike and they made me feel so comfortable and confident. Look forward to going back for an upgrade when I get my full license!
Got my KTM Duke 390 MOT here and they were so nice to deal with and really sorted me out. Was booked in for an all day slot but when I got there the good man said he’d see to it straight away and 30 minutes later I was riding off again. After realising it required a reflective sticker to pass, they put one on and I don’t even think they charged me for it! Awesome staff and cool shop to browse bikes or get bits of gear from. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Dropped in when passing by yesterday with a concern about my Himalayan. Could not have been more helpful, not only did I get the bike sorted, I got some advice on tyres for winter off-road'ing and a new tshirt too! I'm really sorry I didn't catch the gentleman's name who helped me, but he was lovely and incredibly helpful. 10/10!
