I had a long-standing warranty issue with my Royal Enfield that was originally raised with a different dealer over 7 months ago. Although Royal Enfield had approved the claim, that dealer failed to follow up, never responded to my calls, and left the matter unresolved. Upon entering the shop I was politely greeted by Colin the Sales manager with is there anything I can help you with. Which immediately put me at my ease. Was offered test rides without asking. What a change from other motorcycle dealers. Would not hesitate to recommend this operation with confidence, what ever aspect of the business you choose. Currently enjoying my Royal Enfield without problem.

I,m sorry to have to give one star,but called up about travelling a not inconsiderable distance to see a bike.Staff were friendly enough,however on arrival whilst checking it over,saw it hadn,t been cleaned for me to fully appreciate it,then saw the bottom forkleg was cracked open and fractured where the spindle goes thru it,why this was never picked up,along with the front brake pads which were glazed and completely ineffective and checked before I travelled over 100 miles to view was really below par im afraid,so unfortuna... read more
