Great service and advice….
I,m sorry to have to give one star,but called up about travelling a not inconsiderable distance to see a bike.Staff were friendly enough,however on arrival whilst checking it over,saw it hadn,t been cleaned for me to fully appreciate it,then saw the bottom forkleg was cracked open and fractured where the spindle goes thru it,why this was never picked up,along with the front brake pads which were glazed and completely ineffective and checked before I travelled over 100 miles to view was really below par im afraid,so unfortuna... read more
Only popped in to take a look at some bikes. Met by very friendly staff. Chap answered my questions & was very polite. Great customer service. Will definitely go back!
