I would give her zero stars if it was an option, but unfortunately it's not! She was suppose to send a letter to the state of Michigan for me clarifying some information they needed and she never did! I left her several Voicemail along with several emails and she RUFESES to return any of them. I will NEVER use her again for my taxes. Very unprofessional and careless
