They are very friendly and very helpful they have help me with getting parts and answering all my questions
If you could give 0 stars, I would. Where to start other than the warranty situation mentioned by another reviewer happened to me as well. Paid $2,880 for a warranty, built it into my loan, and it was never submitted. So they pocketed the money. Also, the website is now offline and they are not answering calls. This is a BAD place with terrible employees/owners!
Absolutely horrible place to deal with was going to purchase a new camper here but I’m so glad I didn’t. No communication here what so ever the lady you deal with you alway have to call her to find thing out she won’t call you cause she always has an excuse. And they after we got approved then I called again and said we had to put more money down lol. I would really recommend not going here. I’m not sure how they stay in business
