A classic example of terrible customer service. We purchased a tree from them several years ago. All was well during the first year. The following spring we asked their advice since the tree was not doing well. The response was "continue to water by hand since we weren't aware you didn't have sprinklers" even though we watered the tree per their instructions. Very very unhappy! I called them 3 times, left a msg, and had no respond. Talked to the very angry secretary twice! after a week had a call from the owner I guess!, set a date to visit the front yard for landscaping service. they never show up, never called to reschedule! This is an absolute example of an unprofessional team!
