Keith was able to come out same day during less than ideal weather to help us with our HVAC. He was incredibly nice and very helpful, so responsive and called my husband back multiple times to continue to work through issues.

This company is a joke. Called someone out to look at problem. He checked absolutely nothing. Then said he give an estimate for a new heat pump. No Freon check, no electrical test , absolutely nothing except measuring for a new unit. He can’t even say what’s wrong with it. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time unless you want to throw money away.

Keith Hatfield has done work for us for about 20 years. He is the best. He is dependable, honest and very reasonable. You couldn't ask for a nicer person..
