My dear friend passed. Melissa I worked with on this issue. She was helpful until it came to payment method. If you live out of the country they do not accept wire transfers. I feel they need to post this on there site. We did get it paid threw transferring to our account and paying them. A male person there hung up on me twice. I would not recommend them to others. We are grieving not to receive unprofessional services. This was there Arizona branch. I live in Washington state.
Had a terrible experience with them do to lies and mistreated had my wife moved to Richardson in Benson Nathan Richardson was a pleasure to work with highly recommend him
When an out of state funeral home calls a funeral home in another state, you hope for the best. Melissa was on call the night I called and helped us serve a family to bring their loved one home to us for services. She was a total pro and made everything easy and efficiently accomplished her work so that we could meet the family's wishes and timetable. Thank you Melissa and Hatfield!
Melissa is absolutely awesome. Having to handle things from another state was something that was stress inducing and I didn't have to stress one bit. Everything was thoroughly explained and Melissa was able to best help me out and work with my schedule to get everything done and prepared for me by the time I arrived. Hatfield is a very professional and knowledgeable funeral home. Melissa who I have met with on three occasions to bury by son, mom and recently my dad is so wonderful. She explains everything so you don’t have to over think what is going on during this stressful time and she provides documents with written notes of what you need to do. I told her she made it idiot proof. Hatfield Funeral Home is the way to go. Thank you.
