We really appreciated the staff's courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Their coordination with the Southern Arizona Veteran's Cemetary and Fort Huachuca Honor Guard was flawless. The funeral director was stoically kind and patient, allowing family the time to take last minute pictures but still keeping everything scheduled to the minute, down to the chapel bells tolling at exactly noon during the memorial service. Will hopefully not be back soon... but we know the Hatfield Team is well prepared for anything.

We purchased a pre-needs funeral plan through Kate at Hatfield with guidance from Melissa. They made the entire process as easy as one possibly could. When our loved one passed, one phone call to them was all it took. I highly recommend Hatfield. This is truly a gift to your loved ones when you handle this ahead of time. Make these arrangements and then live the rest of your life in peace.

The loss of our loved one was very difficult for us. Melissa was so thoughtful and caring. She made the memorial service a beautifully memorable tribute and took the time to order a special gift for a little 6 year old who lost his father. She also took pictures from the sidelines and sent those to me after. She is a special human being with a beautiful heart.

My dear friend passed. Melissa I worked with on this issue. She was helpful until it came to payment method. If you live out of the country they do not accept wire transfers. I feel they need to post this on there site. We did get it paid threw transferring to our account and paying them. A male person there hung up on me twice. I would not recommend them to others. We are grieving not to receive unprofessional services. This was there Arizona branch. I live in Washington state.
