When an out of state funeral home calls a funeral home in another state, you hope for the best. Melissa was on call the night I called and helped us serve a family to bring their loved one home to us for services. She was a total pro and made everything easy and efficiently accomplished her work so that we could meet the family's wishes and timetable. Thank you Melissa and Hatfield!
Melissa is absolutely awesome. Having to handle things from another state was something that was stress inducing and I didn't have to stress one bit. Everything was thoroughly explained and Melissa was able to best help me out and work with my schedule to get everything done and prepared for me by the time I arrived. She explains everything so you don’t have to over think what is going on during this stressful time and she provides documents with written notes of what you need to do. Melissa was very professional, kind, and sensitive while handling the death care of our father. She explained everything thoroughly and delicately. She dyed and trimmed his hair to make him look his best and helped us with arrangements to fly him home to Florida. His casket was beautiful and the embalming and transport to Florida went smoothly. Grateful for her services.
