We purchased a pre-needs funeral plan through Kate at Hatfield with guidance from Melissa. They made the entire process as easy as one possibly could. When our loved one passed, one phone call to them was all it took. I highly recommend Hatfield. This is truly a gift to your loved ones when you handle this ahead of time. Make these arrangements and then live the rest of your life in peace.

The loss of our loved one was very difficult for us. Melissa was so thoughtful and caring. She made the memorial service a beautifully memorable tribute and took the time to order a special gift for a little 6 year old who lost his father. She also took pictures from the sidelines and sent those to me after. She is a special human being with a beautiful heart.

My dear friend passed. Melissa I worked with on this issue. She was helpful until it came to payment method. If you live out of the country they do not accept wire transfers. I feel they need to post this on there site. We did get it paid threw transferring to our account and paying them. A male person there hung up on me twice. I would not recommend them to others. We are grieving not to receive unprofessional services. This was there Arizona branch. I live in Washington state.

Had a terrible experience with them do to lies and mistreated had my wife moved to Richardson in Benson Nathan Richardson was a pleasure to work with highly recommend him

When an out of state funeral home calls a funeral home in another state, you hope for the best. Melissa was on call the night I called and helped us serve a family to bring their loved one home to us for services. She was a total pro and made everything easy and efficiently accomplished her work so that we could meet the family's wishes and timetable. Thank you Melissa and Hatfield!
