New patient for Dr. Hatem. The staff was courteous and attentive explaining clearly what was needed from me. Dr. Hatem also walked me through every step during my visit. While discussing my concerns and previous history both Dr..Hatem and his assistant listened. My time was not rushed. For anyone looking for an ob/gyn I recommend Dr. Hatem.
Been a patient since at least 2019. Checking in was simple and convenient. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be placed in an examination room. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dr. Hatem has excellent bedside etiquette and explains the process to put patients at ease.
I want to Give Dr.Hatem a review. He is an amazing Dr. he’s very busy but he cares about his patients. Unfortunately I had to have an emergency c-section due to a placenta abruption. Dr.Hatem and the nurses in that surgery room saved my baby’s life and mine. I’ll always be grateful that Dr.Hatem was my Dr. and my scar is looking great at almost 6 months postpartum!
