I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were polite, very knowledgeable, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
In 2024 I had a crack appear in my windshield. I was nervous about having something so significant replaced on my car, especially when I didn’t have any experience with local glass repair shops. I had a rock hit my windshield causing it to need to be replaced. I called and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and get me in the same day. I ended up using insurance, and that was no problem either. Because they were so efficient, I couldn’t get childcare for my toddler … so he came along too! As parents know, sometimes bringing a baby in places where you are waiting can be a challenge, but everyone we interacted with was so great and considerate. Had a great experience at Hatchett Automotive Glass! The owner, Richard, was very nice and accommodating. We did have a small issue with my hardwired radar detector getting disconnected during the service, but they worked it out with me quickly and professionally. I think what really matters is how a business handles issues when they arise, and Richard made sure everything was taken care of the right way. That level of customer service goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
