I had a rock hit my windshield causing it to need to be replaced. I called and they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and get me in the same day. I ended up using insurance, and that was no problem either. Because they were so efficient, I couldn’t get childcare for my toddler … so he came along too! As parents know, sometimes bringing a baby in places where you are waiting can be a challenge, but everyone we interacted with was so great and considerate. Had a great experience at Hatchett Automotive Glass! The owner, Richard, was very nice and accommodating. We did have a small issue with my hardwired radar detector getting disconnected during the service, but they worked it out with me quickly and professionally. I think what really matters is how a business handles issues when they arise, and Richard made sure everything was taken care of the right way. That level of customer service goes a long way. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!

I'm a truck driver told me they would change my windshield set for 2 hours than was told they had plans made already and couldn't make it would not recommend

Replaced my work truck windshield on a Friday and on that same day I got a chip in it. Brought to their shop Monday morning and in less than an hour they had it fixed. Richard is an amazing person and runs a professional business that does quality work.

Excellent work at a fair price! They came through for me in a pinch and I couldn't be happier. Window is like new with no sign of it being replaced. Shout out to Richard and Ron for saving the day for me, would definitely be the only place I'll call for this type of service if I ever need it in the future.
