Your Black Friday sale is a mess! Descriptions are in Chinese? Can you guys please fix this? I loved the website and have been shopping with you guys since COVID. But lately the last few promotions have been terrible. Is anyone working even look at their own website?
Slow shipping, horrible communication, and horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again.
WEBSITE IS VERY BAD, EMPLOYEES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. I hate to say it but I won’t be shopping here again. And it sucks. I like the concept of the store and they carry interesting quality products. However, their web and In-store experiences are really bad.
