The subcontractors were not compensated for the change order. The high turnover rate of project managers and the lack of a strong relationship with subcontractors have jeopardized the completion of the work.
They are terrible. Not sure what’s worse, their design or their construction. Their cabinetry fell apart, their furniture is uncomfortable and practically unusable, and their bookshelves have this miraculous characteristic of BOTH having shelves that are too high AND too shallow. When we complained they suggested we put “decorative items” there. I’m sorry, but we live in Brooklyn where space is a premium — we need shelves for these things called “books” and don’t use valuable shelf space for decorative items. Avoid like the ... read more
This company really screwed us over. Almost everything they built had to be redone. They hire out to really inexperienced designers! Avoid.
