I find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Ezeamah is very helpful and always listens well. I consider myself fortunate to be in his care.
Saw the registered family nurse and her intern today and I couldn’t have been made to feel any more comfortable. They were both friendly and professional.
The week of Nov 18th, I was in severe pain but thought it was the flu. Called the medical office and told Brea what was going on. Even though Dr Adi was fully booked, she asked him to call me between patients. Told him my symptoms, and he asked me to come in right away. I heard this clinic was taking on new patients. I reached out and their voicemail indicated to email details to a specific email address, and the turn around was 2 weeks. This was exciting as I am a diabetic and my wife has MS and we have not had a family doctor in 2 years. I sent the email, including these medical conditions. I waited 3 weeks, assuming they were busy, and sent a follow up email, no response. After another week, I called and left a message to get an update on the application.
