The week of Nov 18th, I was in severe pain but thought it was the flu. Called the medical office and told Brea what was going on. Even though Dr Adi was fully booked, she asked him to call me between patients. Told him my symptoms, and he asked me to come in right away. I heard this clinic was taking on new patients. I reached out and their voicemail indicated to email details to a specific email address, and the turn around was 2 weeks. This was exciting as I am a diabetic and my wife has MS and we have not had a family doctor in 2 years. I sent the email, including these medical conditions. I waited 3 weeks, assuming they were busy, and sent a follow up email, no response. After another week, I called and left a message to get an update on the application. Since dr crooks left its been sliding down now real bad.Try to even get someone to answer phone ridiculous.No switchboard or long instructions even no more.Very sad state of affairs if ya have doctor here and takes minimal couple weeks even for call back.Been paitent of this practice since teens and too many past family members.Feel sorry for older then me patients that have to sit and wait at emergency for hours as a alternative.
We are so blessed to have this medical center in our community! The girls are top notch they go above and beyond Lindsay is the creme of the crop in my eyes i cannot praise her enough! She is a godsend will go out of her way to help if she can heather will as well true gems in my eyes! And as for doctors having dr colp and his nurse jane is an absolute blessing as well hearing the horrors of what some are going through in our province i consider myself very very lucky and want to make sure they know how very appreciated they... read more
