Stopped in for my significant other's birthday! Sumner was the perfect instructor! To be honest I wasn't thinking I'd have near the fun that I ended up having. If you get a chance make sure you try it! Great for couples and groups! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for having us!
Went to Hatchet Hangout during February vacation in Clearwater with my girlfriend, my sister and her son. Sis and neph had never tried axe throwing before. This place has a great layout. Each section has 2 lanes side by side with no wall in between. Great for groups. There are a couple of smaller private lanes. 2 types of axes to throw - one or two handed. This place is clean, professional and exciting. Walked throu the door and was greeted immediately. The restrooms were immaculate and the facility was like new. The staff member "Sumner" was professional, kind and patient. He explained everything as many times as we needed, offered support, cheered us on and even broke up a friendly fight between mom and daughter rivals as they were winning against eachother. Really fun! Went with family, most of us never played before and we all still had fun. Ages ranged from 25-65, and Sumner was a cool coach! It would be fun for a bachelor or bachelorette party!
