Lovely local lounge, beautiful riverside setting & fabulous service from Kheng last night - the best! Highly recommend.
What a wonderful hidden gem in an absolutely perfect location. Water views, walk to restaurants, easy and safe parking, and absolutely beautifully decorated and designed rooms. We stayed for one night recently for our first experience with the Hatchery. From the moment I called it was obvious that Marty cares. He offered a level of personal service that rarely exists today. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
Our new favorite place to stay in LaCrosse. Garage Bar is a great place to listen to Thursday Moon Tunes! Staff is wonderful. Room was comfortable and quiet. Provided snacks were appreciated. The Sister Cities gardens next door are lovely and were a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back.
I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! Everything about this boutique hotel is top-notch, and we had an amazing stay. My husband and I were staying at a nearby hotel then switched to The Hatchery after we met one of the owners, Marty, and he showed us this gem. The transformation of this historic building into a 6 room luxury hotel is so unique and simply stunning.
