This boutique hotel checked all the boxes. The history and location were second to none. Who knew you could rent a room in an old fish hatchery. Our hosts were extremely responsive and provided great recommendations for places to eat and drink in Lacrosse. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We went on a walk and stumbled upon Bourbon & Bubbles. The bartenders, Maija and Hillary, were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu and area. They were easy to talk to and made our time at Bourbon and Bubbles exceptional!

We chose the Hatchery as the venue for my daughter's wedding this past weekend and it exceeded our highest expectations!!! Everything was of the highest quality from the amenities to the snacks to the bathmats in the rooms. The venue itself was classy and gorgeous and the entire staff was helpful and pleasant, really helping fuel the fun and celebratory nature of the entire event. We didn't stay here, but the bar facing the river is fantastic! The location is perfect and the bar and bathrooms were very clean and smelled great. It was a great place to get an upscale cocktail.
