Mr Hatcher came and did the gutters, I don’t have a problem with that. Where things went bad was when he attempted to repair our metal roof. They started taking screws out and lifting metal. At that point he advised me he would have to get some items to do the repair. He asked that I pay him the 880.00 dollars owed, and he would be back to finish the job.
