Went to Hatcher Dental Studio in Phoenix. Went to get another opinion on a tooth that had a crown. Was told I might need tooth pulled. Was super anxious and scared. Was referred to go here and see what he had to say and was told I would be in good hands. I went and my blood pressure was so high from anxiety. They took good care of me and I was told I only needed a new crown. I went back two weeks later to get my crown. It fit like a glove. I am so pleased and happy. Usual great level of service. Elvia, the Hygienist is excellent. The rest of the staff is top notch also.
Let me just start by saying I'm very tentative about the dentist experience. 45+ years of my life have always been hit/miss. If the office is unfriendly or the handling is painful, I don't go back. In general, I just don't - not to the practice, not to any dentist. I just lay low until help is needed. If they're good, I return and maintain. Hatcher is the latter.
