My Schwinn bike is 55 years old. I recently found it under decades of junk at my mom’s house. It was in sadly rough shape. One bike shop said it could take years to get parts and maybe even never get them. But Hatcher Bike Shop took on this sad bike. They said my bike wasn’t a lost cause and not only found the parts but cleaned it up to bring it to its former glory! Once I got it home I tried riding it up and down my country driveway. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They showed me the difference in quality between the garbage bikes you get at Walmart, which you will be replacing in a year, and how better bikes will last longer, so are worth paying a bit more -- in the end it's cheaper, and less waste. I was very thankful for the help, and they had a rack to put on the back for my daughter as well which they didn't charge anything for that. I was treated very well and will be back!

This guy was great!!! He got me what I needed, during Covid-19 to, keep us rolling on our new tandem. Had "curbside" pick up, and even put the rim tape on when I asked about the size, for no charge. Please shop local and give him a big tip. Times are tough, and his prices are so reasonable. EXCELLENT customer service. Had what I wanted and I didn't have to wait for online delivery.

A retail establishment with 8-5 office hours. Anyone who works an 8-5 job cannot shop there during the week. I'm left with no other option but to buy from a big box store or online retailer, which I don't want to do.
