I bought a tube yesterday and when I went to put it on my wheel, I didn’t think it would fit properly. I brought the tire and tube in to ask them if it’s the correct size and they verified it was and even went the extra mile and put the tire on and inflated it for me, and they didn’t charge me for their time. Thanks for the great experience!

My Schwinn bike is 55 years old. I recently found it under decades of junk at my mom’s house. It was in sadly rough shape. One bike shop said it could take years to get parts and maybe even never get them. But Hatcher Bike Shop took on this sad bike. They said my bike wasn’t a lost cause and not only found the parts but cleaned it up to bring it to its former glory! Once I got it home I tried riding it up and down my country driveway. Brought a bike in with loose handlebars and they fixed it right up on the spot no problem! Excellent service! Will be back for future repairs!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They showed me the difference in quality between the garbage bikes you get at Walmart, which you will be replacing in a year, and how better bikes will last longer, so are worth paying a bit more -- in the end it's cheaper, and less waste. I was very thankful for the help, and they had a rack to put on the back for my daughter as well which they didn't charge anything for that. I was treated very well and will be back!
