I dropped my vehicle off on May 27th and told them that I sold my 2018 Tundra and I am going on leave next week and I said I need three things my windows to work since none of them work go through my vehicle and fix anything that is broken because I am driving over 1800 miles to **** and put back the panel that covers my they only fixed my cracked manifold, tire rotation,and air filter but ignored everything thing else I was very clear on doing. My husband and I are both elderly and disabled. We went to Hatch Toyota to trade in our vehicles to get lower payments. We wanted new vehicles, but they had a shortage, so we looked at used vehicles. They talked us into two cars that have turned out to be nothing but problems. One is a constant money pit of repairs, including bad tires and the transmission is going out. Very very Upset my son took his car in for first oil change free, hes only had the car 4 months, He went to pick up got it home next morning oil in drive, took back they said wont do anything it was already leaking was not,,,The service managers very rude dont want to do anything it was not leaking.we are taking it to another place to see whats wrong , and what the h*** they did to it.

My purpose of coming to Showlow to purchase a vehicle was to receive better than normal service. My experience was anything but good. When we bought our vehicle, they lauded their customer service and belittled the competition. I was given the Toyota Care package, not a choice. I was told it was already in the price and couldn't be separated, we accepted. We had scheduled a car rental several weeks ago and the day before we were to pick it up they call and let us know that what we reserved wasn’t available anymore. They got us a replacement which was nice, but it was smaller for the same price. We really didn’t have a choice so we said okay. Well, today we go to pick it up and they asked for our auto insurance card and we gave it to them, we were expecting that so we handed it over.
