So I already knew Steve was an awesome guy but I had an issue with an online order earlier today and he graciously called me and refunded my order which was completely unnecessary but appreciated none the less. My kids and I have been fans of Hatch Family Chocolates for years now and we will definitely be back. Thank you again and keep being awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
I met Steve and Co today at the store and they couldn’t have been more inviting. To say this was the best hot chocolate I have ever had is an understatement. It was out of this world amazing! Going back to try more flavours. Recommend orange and hot milk chocolate.
