Sent my daughter in and she had the most horrible, unpleasant experience with Nick. He made her feel very uneasy and lied to her about swiping her card, told her to use atm as others used their cards. We won't return.
My boy Sean got Mr right! Hatch will always be a go to for me especially with guys like Sean.
Great staff and excellent customer service. I had a issue with a product which they resolved quickly. Very good selection and they have sales frequently on brands I would actually buy.
Jenna has always taken care of me when I stop in and she’s always so sweet and helpful! She’s knowledgeable about the products available and always gives great suggestions with a smile!
