This company literally has the worst customer service & next to zero tech support. We purchased a Carrier rooftop unit costing over $100k from Hatch. Originally we were told it was being manufactured in the USA. When time came for shipping, we find out it was manufactured in Mexico.. From the beginning the unit had issues. We were charged $6000 to have them do a comprehensive start up. (Waste of money) From the start, the cooling did not work properly. They simply blamed the controls system.
