ILove their product's! I really love the Chile's.They are a staple in my household. I enjoy cooking with them . Oh my goodness do they make my meals aromaful and flavorful!!
This company is a scam. The chili's they sell in cans are NOT from New Mexico or even Hatch. They come from overseas places like China. Stay away from these liars and their inferior products!
As someone from the Land of Enchantment I am disappointed these are labeled hot. They are not hot. Come on.
I previously posted a negative review, because I did not receive my chiles after ordering and had not gotten a response. However, after posting that review, the owner contacted me personally, apologized and explained the mistake, and offered to upgrade my order to roasted and frozen chiles since the season was over. They arrived very shortly after he contacted me, and they are wonderful. Thank you Hatch Chile Company! I really appreciate you making the effort, and I will be doing business with you again next year!
