Very friendly and most of all HONEST! I would recommend Hatch Auto to all my family and friends! They are very friendly and most of all HONEST! Mr. Been using these folks for years for repair jobs both large and small. They have always done a quality job and charged what seemed to be a fair price.
Hatch Been using Hatch auto for years. I even know the Hatch brothers personally. How ever I have been with out my truck for over a month and it is still not fixed now they are telling me they are not sure what the problem is.
Not really a good shop Had brakes done - NOT DONE - 3 trips into shop and each time new problem - they say they turned rotors, replaced hoses - after third trip out and 700.00 later the car failed safety inspection (BRAKES) were not installed correctly - 4 mechanics gave opinion hoses were not replaced and rotors had not been turned. Having problems with them still and will seek another shop that has professional mechanics
Great Auto Repair Shop! I love this car repair shop because of the honesty of the owners. It is a great deal. I have had major repairs done here and they have cost less than half of what the dealerships have quoted me. Plus they do a great job. I have had 3 major things fixed and have never again had a problem. It is not very easy to find or well decorated or really somewhere you would want to stay with kids to wait until your car was done, but it is a great place for those major repairs. Hatch Auto Repair is the place to get auto work done Straight up best shop i have ever delt with. period. got my car done in 4 days where everywhere else said they would have it for two weeks! want something done right, and done fast go to hatch.
Best shop i have ever taken my car to. They take a little longer than most shops but that is only because they do the best work around. Very trust worthy men.
I have taken several cars to them over the years for repair and have not had any problems with their service. Just last week I had them diagnose a high pitched noise associated with the A/C and they found that the main serpentine belt was worn and replaced it. (The load of the A/C compressor caused the worn belt to squeal.)
