The owner of this establishment is incredibly rude and the staff incompetent. Rather than apologize and take responsibility for her mistakes and rudeness, Lauri made threats and wrote several incredibly nasty emails. Sad thing is this store has some great hats and could be terrific, but the owner has no idea how to treat her customers. And they are WAAAAY overpriced. $35 for a hatbox, really!
